What happens next?

1.

The application form has been received

We are now reviewing your application – you will soon receive a contract for signature.

2.

Sign contract

The contract is signed digitally

3.

Submit documentation

Photo ID, in the form of a passport or driver’s license, and proof of residential address must be submitted. And your identity must be validated with MitID, if you don’t have MitID or similar, we need a Zoom call.

4.

Pay for 1st period

An invoice will be sent on the date you want to start your Virtual Office

5.

When the 1st invoice has been paid, you are allowed to use our address.

The prepayment is not payment for the first period.
The prepayment is deducted from the first invoice.

IMPORTANT:

Our address may not be used until the above has been completed.

If the address is used before the application process is completed, we can NOT offer Virtual Office due to anti-money laundering regulations.
