Ideal Office is the smart option when you need to provide a meeting room for an upcoming event. It can be a meeting with potential investors, negotiations with suppliers or discussions about the future development of your company. We do not interfere in what the meeting room is used for. It is easy to book a meeting room in our online booking system. This is done as follows:

1. Select the room and number of hours you want to rent the room.
2. Select the date and start time of the rental.
3. Enter information and go for payment, then the room is booked.

It is a good idea to book the meeting room as early as possible. However, it is not at all inconceivable that it is still possible to rent one of our meeting rooms, even if the need arises suddenly and with a few days’ notice.
