Unfortunately, we often find that people create an application but do not complete the application process, which means increased costs and a large time consumption.
We therefore charge an upfront fee when creating an application, there is no fee or set-up cost as the full amount is refunded once an agreement is created.
Once the application has been completed and approved and the Virtual Office has been set up, the prepayment is deducted from the first payment period.
If you do not complete the application process by:
1. Not to sign the contract.
2. All company beneficial owners do not submit documentation in the form of photo ID and proof of residence address.
3. Not to pay the first invoice.
Completes the application process within 14 days.
the application will be cancelled and the advance payment will not be refunded.
Therefore, make sure that you are ready to complete the process before submitting the application.
If we can not offer you Virtual Office and your application is rejected, the entire prepayment will be refunded to your payment card (processing time 5-12 days depending on bank)
